Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time through the online booking system. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiting the session. Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show and the session fee will be forfeited. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. No rescheduling or credit will be offered. Late Arrivals: If a client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited. Booking Window: All sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation. Sessions may be booked up to 30 days in advance. Session Recording & Deliverables: Power Sessions: The call will be recorded, and a 1-page Action Plan will be delivered within 24 hours. Fast-Track Audits: The call will be recorded, and the Audit Report + 10-Day Roadmap will be delivered within 48 hours. Recordings and deliverables are for client use only and may not be shared publicly without written permission. Support: Power Sessions include one follow-up email within 7 days of delivery to clarify your action plan. Fast-Track Audits include up to 3 follow-up messages within 7 days of delivery to clarify your roadmap. Ongoing mentorship and extended support require enrollment in the Monthly Mentorship package.
